 Styling "title"
I see it done on some sites out there, but does anyone know how to style the "title" area.
Example: <a href="#" title="title here"></a>

I'm looking to stylize the popup hover text that comes up if you were to hover over the link and the title pops up.

I hope I'm explaining this well...

I think the first answer actually is probably much more relevant to the OP. This is because there are lots of title attributes throughout the board that contain content that they won't be able to modify. The second answer doesn't actually style the title attribute, it inserts a hidden span and utilizes it as the the 'tooltip', if you will.

This JS fiddle is perfect because it only utilizes title='' attribute.
